FAQs
How far in advance should we book you?
I recommend reaching out as soon as you get engaged and decide you want to get married abroad. It's always better to plan with enough time than to get caught in a rush. Destination weddings usually involve extra logistics so starting early gives us room to do it right.
What services do you offer?
I offer three main levels of support: Full Planning for couples who want to count on someone from day one, Wedding Day Coordination for couples who've planned everything themselves and just want a calm and organized wedding day, and Ceremony Coordination for couples who only need support with the ceremony itself, making sure the details, timing, and flow of that moment are perfectly managed.
What's the difference between a wedding planner and a Wedding Day coordinator?
As wedding day coordinator I will step in a few weeks before your wedding to manage logistics, connect with vendors, and run your timeline so you can relax and enjoy the day. As wedding planner I will be involved from the start (helping with budget, venue selection, vendor selection, design, and every decision along the way). If you're not sure which one fits, I'm happy to help you figure that out on a call.
We already have some vendors booked, can you still help us?
Absolutely! I can step in at any stage, whether you've just started or already have half the puzzle done. We'll review your starting point and the vendors you've booked, then draw up a service and plan from there.
Do you work alone or with a team?
I lead all the planning personally, so you'll always be in contact with me. On the wedding day, depending on the size and logistics, I might bring more assistants to ensure everything runs smoothly.
How do you handle communication throughout the planning process?
We'll set up a WhatsApp group for direct, easy communication throughout the whole process, so you can reach me anytime with questions or quick updates. I usually reply within 24 hours. Of course, formal and important information will always be communicated via email, so you have everything documented in one place. On top of that, we'll schedule regular check-ins depending on the service hired.
Do you only work with certain vendors?
Not at all. I have a curated list of trusted, amazing vendors I love working with, but if you already have someone in mind, we'll happily explore that too. On the other hand, I love to meet and work with new vendors I didn't know! It's your wedding, and my goal is to adapt to your style, not limit it.
